Returning from an unforgettable journey across Europe, I've come to appreciate the convenience of city sightseeing tours on the go. Tratoli has always been my trusted partner in arranging these delightful experiences. However, in this instance, my enthusiasm was dampened by a hop-on-hop-off bus tour that fell short of expectations. Typically a highlight, this time it was marred by a guide whose constant interjections overshadowed the informative audio commentary. Straying from the script, his narrative often took center stage, which detracted from the immersive learning experience travelers seek. Additionally, he significantly limited opportunities to explore, stopping at only a couple of attractions and depriving us of the chance to disembark and discover. Observations during my stay in Tallinn revealed a concerning limitation in the service frequency, with this particular bus appearing to operate solo. It was, unfortunately, a disappointing deviation from what is traditionally a seamless and enriching way to survey a city's landmarks.

Our family, consisting of two adults and one child aged four, greatly enjoyed the biking tour that began at 9:30 AM with top-notch, well-maintained bicycles. Tratoli facilitated a seamless travel experience, providing a comfortable child seat for our little one. This easy-paced cycling tour offered a splendid overview of the city and was largely leisurely, save for a brief 2-3 minute uphill stretch. We highly recommend this tour for those looking to familiarize themselves with the city's highlights. The only drawback was the size of our group, which included 16 participants; at times, it was challenging to keep the group together, creating a few instances of discomfort amidst traffic and congestion. Nevertheless, we hope future travelers will relish the tour as much as we did!
