I had a disappointing experience with a travel package booked through Tratoli. The tour guide was a no-show, leaving around ten travelers, including myself, waiting at the meeting point for half an hour. When I contacted Tratoli's customer service for a refund, they insisted on speaking with the local tour operator first. Unfortunately, the operator was unreachable by phone or chat, leaving us stranded without assistance. This situation reflects poorly on Tratoli, as they did not take their customer's word when faced with an absent local tour operator. Overall, this experience left me quite dissatisfied with the service.

The excursion to the waterfall, booked with Tratoli, included an encounter with pesky mosquitoes that detracted from the overall enjoyment. Although the guide provided outstanding service, the overall value of the experience did not justify the expense.
