I embarked on a brief but memorable two-night journey in November, secured through the travel agency Tratoli. During my exploration, I couldn't help but notice that parts of the park were veiled in lush, untamed vegetation. Opting for an authentic wild experience, I ventured with a park ranger to a secluded section of the reserve. Despite the expert navigation, we found ourselves momentarily without a path, necessitating a prudent retreat. The wildlife, although not abundant and rather timid, added to the enchantment of the picturesque landscape. While the vistas were undeniably stunning, I would suggest considering other destinations if they lie significantly off your route.
