I had an incredible day trip for a gorilla tour from Kabale, all seamlessly arranged through Tratoli. The punctuality of the pickup service impressed me, and they were accommodating to my request to visit Lake Bunyonyi post-tour with an additional payment of 50,000 shillings. Their overall customer service was commendable, with swift email responses that contribute to an exceptional experience. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to enjoy a similarly memorable tour.

We had a fantastic experience with our Tratoli-booked getaway, starting with our stunning accommodation— the lodge's beauty was matched only by the exceptional quality of the cuisine. A highlight of our stay was an impromptu nature walk led by Frank Turahaki, one of the staff members, who displayed expertise in spotting local wildlife, from colorful birds to playful monkeys, and shared his extensive knowledge of the area's natural beauty. Frank’s keen eye and informative commentary greatly enriched our understanding of the local ecosystem. The hospitality didn't stop there; every staff member we encountered was warm and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip, exceeding all our service expectations!

This exhilarating trip truly pushed my limits as I tested my resilience and conquered fears that I didn't even know existed. It was an absolute blast and I can't recommend it enough for thrill-seekers and nature enthusiasts alike.
