Despite this, we encountered a significant setback as we were not picked up at our hotel as promised, and efforts to reach out through provided phone numbers proved fruitless. Our attempts to communicate via email also went unanswered. Troublingly, it appears their website has been taken offline, yet bookings can mysteriously still be processed. I caution against using this service – any bookings and payments seem to vanish into thin air!
