Regarding the actual canyoning duration, it lasted roughly 2.5 hours at a normal pace, followed by an hour’s climb to return to the starting point. The guide was uncommunicative and unaccommodating, pressuring participants to jump from waterfalls rather than providing alternative rope assistance. This was particularly distressing when our 10-year-old daughter was too frightened to jump and the guide offered no other option until thankfully, a guide from another group assisted her descent. A crucial caution for potential adventurers: be prepared to jump from a minimum 3m high waterfall. If you're hesitant or considering bringing children, I recommend reconsidering despite assurances over the phone claiming suitability for all. The goal seems to be profit over safety and experience. With water temperatures around 12 degrees Celsius, even with a neoprene suit, expect cold hands and face. Lastly, the pricing of this package is exorbitantly high considering the subpar service and experience.
