Our travel experience in Poland was seamless, all thanks to the comprehensive travel package booked with Tratoli. This exceptional convening began even before we set foot in the country, with the dedicated team from Hotel Bristol offering us their VIP Service. Upon arrival, the impeccable first impression struck us as a well-dressed chauffeur with a welcoming smile greeted us at the airport, holding a tablet that prominently displayed my surname. Amidst the hustle of other passengers, this made it easy for us to connect right away. A sleek black Mercedes S-Class awaited us, representing the epitome of luxury travel. Inside the limousine, we availed ourselves of amenities like Wi-Fi and phone charging facilities, alongside a selection of Polish and international newspapers. The chauffeur was fluent in English, sharing insightful tidbits about Warsaw during our drive, which for me held a personal touch as the city of my grandparents, previously known to me only through stories. As we arrived at the hotel, the driver directed us to the entrance where we were greeted by the doorman. Our luggage was swiftly handled and transported to our room without notice. In conversation with the receptionist, we learned the same company also offered guided tours around Warsaw, catering to wherever we desired — exactly what we needed! The following day, everything was neatly organized. After breakfast, we met our guide in the lobby who briefed us on our itinerary, and attentively inquired about any personal interests. My request to visit my grandparents' pre-war residence was met with ease and accommodation. Our guide led us on a beautiful walk through the Old Town, deeply engaging us, especially with the World War II era which caught our and my husband's interest. We were shown photos of once-bombed and burned buildings, now meticulously restored to their former glory. Along the way, we indulged in delectable doughnuts filled with rose jam and topped with icing. Later, our driver took us to the POLIN Museum, after which we explored the remnants of the historic ghetto walls. My heart swelled as we reached the address of my grandparents' home—even though a residential block stood in its place—imagining the windows to my grandmother's room. With our guide, we visited locales where pre-war architecture prevailed and bullet marks from rifles still scar after all these years. A trip to Praga, one of the least war-torn districts, truly captured the distinct spirit of Warsaw. Saying goodbye to our guide at Plac Konesera, we savored a fantastic meal. The driver returned punctually, suggesting a visit to the Warsaw Uprising Museum for our next day — advice that was truly worth following. My husband, in particular, found Warsaw's resilience and unique character striking. Never before have I encountered such a tailored customer-centric approach. If you're heading to Warsaw and seek a company that will look after you in every regard, I wholeheartedly recommend the VIP Service from Tratoli. We plan on returning to Poland this coming September, and we are excited to explore more with Tratoli's rich offerings. My husband is eager for more doughnuts, while I'm curious about Krakow and Gdansk, and perhaps we'll persuade our friends to join us. Thank you for the beautiful memories, and see you again soon!

As a military veteran, handling weaponry was once a familiar experience for me, yet it had been ages since I last discharged firearms. That nostalgic gap closed when I participated in an extreme shooting adventure, exhilaratingly firing a selection of guns including a Glock pistol, an AK-47, and an RPK on full-auto. This thrilling experience evoked a mix of poignant reminiscences. Meanwhile, my wife embraced the opportunity to fire weapons for the very first time, adding to the excitement of our outing. For those seeking to reignite a past passion or to dive into a new experience, I heartily endorse this intense shooting event. This unforgettable activity was seamlessly arranged through our travel package with Tratoli, highlighting their commitment to providing unique and adrenaline-filled experiences.

I found the travel package, sourced through Tratoli, to be disappointing and not value for money. The experience was underwhelming, and time-consuming, offering too little to fill the itinerary satisfactorily. I recommend exploring other options rather than booking this package.
