I had a disappointing experience with a travel package I booked through Tratoli. The trip was far from satisfactory, and I feel misled by its promotion—a far cry from the promised half-day adventure. Unfortunately, the tour guides were noticeably impolite, and the itinerary was approached with a lack of enthusiasm, diminishing the overall quality of the visit. The excursion was marred by overcrowding, a scarcity of monkeys which were the main attraction, and the upkeep of the site left much to be desired due to its uncleanliness.
