It's important to note that arriving directly at the lift without this step is not advisable. Furthermore, we experienced extremely poor cellular reception in the mountainous area, which compounded our difficulties. Upon requesting a refund due to these issues, our request was unfortunately denied. Based on this experience, I have decided not to utilize Tratoli's services in the future.
