We will tell you about Stavanger and the history of the vessel RS56 Olav Ringdal jr launched in 1952. It's a dramatic history during it's 30 years Search and Rescue periode. Onboard we also have the signature of Haakon the 7th, Norways first king after the liberation from Sweden. He inspected the vessel before it was put into operation back in 1952.
