I had a professional experience with the tour provider, and my guide was extremely kind, providing comprehensive answers to my numerous inquiries about Rwanda. The boat excursion on Kivu Lake and the subsequent short hike on the island were highlights—truly enjoyable. However, I believe that should suffice for the itinerary. The additional drives to two other towns weren't particularly rewarding, and ultimately, I felt that the time spent driving was excessive. This feedback is based on my travel experience booked through Tratoli.
