Embarking on a gorilla trek in Rwanda's majestic Volcanoes National Park is an utterly breathtaking adventure, one I had the pleasure of experiencing at the culmination of a work visit to Kigali. This incredible excursion was flawlessly orchestrated by Tratoli, whose excellent planning allowed for a seamless day trip. Peterson, my guide for the day, was exceptionally knowledgeable and engaging, covering a breadth of topics throughout our drive. His expertise shone as he skillfully coordinated with the park officials, contributing to our amazing fortune of encountering the gorillas after only a brief hike. This left ample time for an enriching visit to the Dian Fossey Museum, enjoying a delightful lunch in the locality, and exploring the vibrant offerings of the local marketplace. The entire experience of meeting the gorillas is one I treasure deeply. For those looking to add an unforgettable chapter to their Rwanda travels, I wholeheartedly endorse enlisting Peterson's guidance for your own gorilla-trekking journey.
