Bamboo Ecotours delivered an exceptional travel experience, expertly coordinated through Tratoli. The postponement of our adventure for over a year, a result of the COVID pandemic, was managed smoothly thanks to Edison's exemplary communication via WhatsApp and email, offering peace of mind amidst uncertainty. Our knowledgeable driver, Fred, enriched the journey to Bwindi with fascinating insights, turning the rugged terrain into an engaging 'African Massage.' Despite an airline mishap that misplaced our luggage, the commitment of the Ecotours team shone through, with Herbert undertaking a 16-hour drive to ensure our belongings arrived in time for our trek. Their dedication is commendable. The accommodation, Rushaga Gorilla Lodge, came highly recommended by Edison and exceeded expectations with its proximity to the forest gate allowing for quick access to the trekking area. Encountering the magnificent gorillas was the highlight—simply breathtaking and the crown jewel of our well-orchestrated travel package with Tratoli.
