I had a disappointing experience with a travel package organized by Tratoli, as it fell short of expectations in terms of efficiency and proper time management. Our itinerary began on a sour note with a tardy start—though we were informed that pick up would occur between 8:00 to 8:15 am, by 8:30 am, there had still been no sign of our transportation. This delay set a chaotic pace for the rest of the day. The day's events felt rushed, to say the least. The brief time allocations at each stop (1 hour 10 minutes at the mosque and a mere 50 minutes for lunch at Yas Mall) hardly allowed for a fulfilling experience. Furthermore, the stop at an overpriced souvenir shop appeared to be prioritized over more culturally significant sites that were included in our purchase, such as the heritage village. This omission was particularly frustrating, as our guide offered limited assistance, and initially claimed ignorance about the village's status, only to later grant us a brief 20-minute stopover at the site. The inefficiency peaked with an excessive amount of time spent on the road, shuttling fellow travelers to various attractions—time that could have been better spent exploring the destinations themselves. On top of the logistical issues, there was a lack of transparency regarding the tour. Notable examples include the misleading information about the necessity to purchase attire for mosque entry when it is, in fact, complimentary, as well as the failure to clearly communicate the actual duration of the tour, which did not align with the 10 hours advertised. To further compound the negative aspects, service fell short even on basic amenities; a request for a can of water was denied simply because of our lack of cash and the absence of a POS for card transactions.
