Enjoyed a streamlined and memorable shopping spree with the outlet tour, which was seamlessly organized. Our experience from the timely pickup to the overall journey was exceptionally smooth, all thanks to booking with Tratoli.

Our unsuccessful attempt at utilizing the app for our ticket entry, secured through Tratoli travel services, led to an extensive 25-minute phone call with customer support. Unfortunately, the interaction was unproductive, and efforts to obtain a refund were futile. The incident culminated in a loss of both $12 and an hour of our time.

"Our family's Toronto photo session with Bruno was truly delightful. His knack for engaging with children elevated the experience, particularly for my 12-year-old son, who had a blast. The variety of scenic locations we visited ensured a collection of stunning photographs and cherished memories. For anyone seeking a kid-friendly photographer in Toronto, Bruno comes highly recommended. This memorable adventure was organized flawlessly by Tratoli."

The travel experience with Tratoli's package was average and somewhat underwhelming, particularly when compared to US outlet shopping. While the convenience of a pre-arranged trip is appreciated, the value was diminished by a higher price point and a more limited selection of stores. Additionally, the initial shuttle service was chaotic due to insufficient vehicle size, causing a 30-minute delay, although the return pickup was executed seamlessly. Overall, the allotted six hours for shopping seemed excessive, leading to a period of downtime before the scheduled pickup.
