Our inaugural day in Toronto was met with an unexpected hiccup despite having organized our travel via Tratoli. The company sent an SUV to our rescue, but it wasn't spacious enough for our group, prompting an additional wait for a second vehicle. When we finally arrived at the mall at 12:30pm, we were left without a clear return pick-up time due to the earlier mishap. A collective decision was to reconvene at 4pm, the initially planned time, yet the transport failed to appear. It took a helpful local's phone call to reveal that our pick-up was rescheduled to 5pm. While the shopping experience itself was quite enjoyable, the logistical oversights and service shortfalls left much to be desired.

It was astonishing that visitors were anticipated to allocate five hours for this location when just an hour would more than suffice.
