The services promised were never delivered – we received no airport transfer, no accommodations pre-arranged, no inter-country flights, no meals provided, and no guided tours. Despite paying in full and arriving in Ghana as per the instructions given to us, there was no sign of any arranged support or contact from the company's representative, Ibrahim. Three months of silence ensued, after which instead of an apology or a solution, I was contacted with a request to remove my negative feedback. There was a total lack of accountability, and any attempts at rectifying the situation with a refund were met with refusals. Ibrahim's behavior was highly unprofessional; even after admitting to losing his phone, he still considered the communication breakdown our error. Furthermore, the address given by Ibrahim was a mere P.O. Box, situated far from Accra, making it impractical for us to have any face-to-face resolution. His claims of attempting to collect us from the airport, followed by an implausible 10-hour drive to wait for us at his office, are beyond belief, especially when it was clear that messages and calls made to him remained unchecked and unanswered. I strongly advise against using this service for vacation planning. This was undoubtedly the single worst decision regarding holiday arrangements I've ever encountered. Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a reliable travel package provider.
