The morning journey to Pammukale was seamlessly coordinated with a punctual hotel pickup, and we were transported in a contemporary, comfortable bus. Our guide for the day, Yelcin, was truly a gem. His command of the English language, coupled with his entertaining and educational commentary, enlivened our trip. Yelcin's energy and humorous penchant for organizing an occasional raffle were delightful bonuses. Meals were covered, with breakfast and a late lunch served at 4 p.m., so for travelers inclined to snack frequently, it may be wise to bring along a bite or plan to purchase one. We appreciated a laid-back visit to an Onyx factory without the usual sales pressure, and the timely restroom break there was thoughtfully arranged. While we reveled in our three hours at Pammukale and Hierapolis, we felt that a bit more time would have allowed a more thorough exploration and enjoyment of the thermal pools and historical sites. The Sunset Cruise offered by Tratoli proved to be a tremendous value—an experience that resonated with pure delight. A scrumptious dinner of chicken, bread, salad, potatoes, and pasta was provided, culminating in a magical campfire gathering perfect for stargazing and embracing the night's serenity. Overall, we were exceedingly pleased with the offerings and customer service provided by Tratoli. Their thoughtful organization and commitment to quality have made our travel experiences truly unforgettable.

We recently booked a travel package with Tratoli, which included three key activities — admission to Orca Aqua Park, a serene Sunset Cruise, and an immersive Pamukkale Day Trip. Tratoli stood out for their non-aggressive approach, with fairly priced offerings and a diverse selection of experiences. The service representative at Tratoli was accommodating, and we even secured a modest discount on the combined package. One caveat was their pricing in pounds sterling, seemingly capitalizing on favorable exchange rates, which didn’t work to our benefit as expected. Each excursion had its own charm. The Sunset Cruise was outstanding, providing a tranquil atmosphere free from the disruption of loud music, along with ample opportunities for swimming and relaxation. The journey to Pamukkale was comfortable, thanks to air-conditioned coach transportation, making the long travel time manageable, and while the visit to Pamukkale was mesmerizing, especially the Roman amphitheater, the detour to an Onyx Outlet felt unnecessary and detracted from our time at the main attraction. Despite visiting in August, when the travertines were less waterlogged, the site’s beauty remained unblemished. The meals en route were disappointing, particularly the breakfast stop and the late lunch or early dinner, which lacked quality and made us feel rushed. However, our guide for the day shone with his extensive knowledge, though a slower pace in his English delivery would have been beneficial. Overall, the unique experiences and expert guidance provided by Tratoli made these trips worthwhile, despite some areas for improvement, ensuring that the key destinations left a lasting impression.
