Our experience with a Tratoli-booked tour was less than ideal, marred by extremely crowded conditions and sluggish queues. The tour guide seemed more preoccupied with personal stories rather than focusing on the group's experience. Additionally, an unforeseen medical emergency with one of the participants understandably required the guide's attention, but as a result, our tour was cut short. Consequently, we were left to navigate without guidance, which significantly impacted our overall experience. Considering the circumstances and the reduced tour duration, I believe that a partial refund for our party of four would be a fair resolution.

A minor oversight in planning our excursion with Tratoli perhaps, as the guide could have better utilized our travel time to share his insights, allowing us to fully enjoy the splendor of the palace without the feeling of being informationally overwhelmed.
