My companion Francesca and I recently adventured on a 5-day safari extravaganza in the stunning landscapes of Tarangire, Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro National Park, a journey we embarked on through Tratoli. The natural splendor of these three Tanzanian jewels was nothing short of awe-inspiring. Immense gratitude goes to our guide and driver, Omar, whose expert navigation and knowledge enriched our safari, leading us to witness the African wilderness' marvels. Our eyes were treated to the majestic sightings of the Big Five and the Ugly Five, including lions, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, and rhinos. Each encounter was complemented by a wealth of fascinating facts Omar shared about the wildlife, local flora, and Tanzania's rich history. While the camping accommodations were rustic, it heightened our sense of connection with the untouched beauty around us.
