Heritage Activities In Incheon

I encountered an issue when the SIM card included in my travel package from Tratoli failed to function with my iPhone. Despite the courteous assistance from the airport counter staff, who promptly provided a replacement, the alternative SIM card was also incompatible. I opted to cancel the SIM card and was assured I would receive a refund. However, four weeks have passed, and I am yet to receive this promised refund.

From the straightforward pickup process—simply presenting the voucher at one of the easily-located SIM card kiosks—to the quick registration requiring only my ID, the experience was hassle-free, taking approximately five minutes before I could start using my SIM card. The data connection was consistently excellent, keeping me connected without any issues during my visit.

Our experience with the travel package from Tratoli was exemplary. We had the pleasure of touring with the exceptional guide, Soonie (apologies if misspelled), who graciously accommodated a last-minute schedule change to shift our tour to a later time. Her patience and knowledgeable explanation of the historical aspects of Old Incheon deeply enriched our visit. We're truly grateful for such an enlightening journey!
