We appreciated the opportunity to explore Seoul during a lengthy stopover, a unique experience provided by our travel package with Tratoli. Though our flight delay unexpectedly shortened the visit, we felt the tour could have been more welcoming. Initially, our arrival was met with a chilly reception from our guide, who seemed visibly upset by our tardiness, despite it being beyond our control. As time passed, the guide did warm up slightly; however, the tours felt rushed. He did not seem to take our preferred pace into account, often walking briskly, about 20 meters ahead. Overall, we were delighted to get a taste of Seoul, but for future visits, we would consider a different guide to enhance our experience.
