Disappointing Experience with Adventure Travel Package Recently, a party of five of us experienced significant dissatisfaction after investing nearly £500 on an adventure travel package managed by Tratoli. Our anticipation for an exhilarating experience was met with unforeseen weather conditions, which ultimately prevented us from participating. Following the advice provided by the company, we refrained from using the ski lift to avoid activating our passes, as we were informed this would render us ineligible for a full refund. Regrettably, despite our adherence to this guidance and having insurance on the tickets, Tratoli has denied our request for a refund. This situation has left us feeling very let down, and I advise caution when considering this company for your travel plans, as our financial loss could be a telling indicator of their customer service approach.

I hail from the snowy landscapes of Canada, and initially, I wasn't too enthused about the prospect of more snow during our Switzerland adventure. Nevertheless, the famed Jungfrau journey piqued our curiosity. Booked through Tratoli, this excursion, though pricey, presents a unique and breathtaking train ride that truly is a once-in-a-lifetime event. The ascent to incredible altitudes aboard this quaint train is nothing short of remarkable. Reaching the summit, I was met with a familiar snowy vista—overwhelming yet somewhat overhyped. That said, if snow-filled escapades excite you, Jungfrau is an essential experience. For those less captivated by snow, Switzerland offers a multitude of enchanting towns and picturesque destinations that promise a rewarding and judicious use of your travel budget. Our stay in Grindelwald—a charming stop on the Jungfrau railway—added to the allure of the overall experience.
