I booked a travel package through Tratoli expecting a tailor-made experience of Arthur's Seat and Edinburgh Castle. Unfortunately, the reality did not align with the expectations set by the description; it was merely a basic walking tour of the town, which was a letdown. As a result, I had to independently plan visits to the castle and Arthur's Seat, costing me an additional day. The term 'custom' seems to have been a misuse in this context as the tour did not cater to our specific interests. I cannot endorse this offering. Although the tour guide was decent, they fell short of delivering the personalized tour we sought. Communication was also an issue; despite raising our concerns, the guide's efforts to contact management were unsuccessful, adding to the frustration of an already misleading experience.
