My spouse and I had a delightful experience with the travel package we secured via Tratoli, particularly when we visited the historical Pembroke Castle. The intimate nature of the tour, with a small group of just five participants, added a personal touch to our excursion. However, the van provided for our all-day journey was somewhat dated and lacked comfort. While our guide was attentive and cooperative, the commentary during the extensive drive would have benefited from being more informative and engaging for a truly exceptional and memorable trip.
