Nonetheless, we encountered considerable challenges reaching out for support, as the provided contact number was unresponsive to both calls and WhatsApp messages, leaving us uncertain about our pickup arrangements. Additionally, the itinerary seemed overly packed, as there were no scheduled breaks for meals during the extensive 16-and-a-half-hour journey. This lack of downtime to dine was particularly taxing, and despite our request for a brief 5-minute respite at the end of the trip to grab a bite, our driver agreed but then unfortunately departed without us.
