Our experience with the destinations included in our Tratoli travel package was nothing short of spectacular. Nonetheless, we encountered considerable challenges reaching out for support, as the provided contact number was unresponsive to both calls and WhatsApp messages, leaving us uncertain about our pickup arrangements. Additionally, the itinerary seemed overly packed, as there were no scheduled breaks for meals during the extensive 16-and-a-half-hour journey. This lack of downtime to dine was particularly taxing, and despite our request for a brief 5-minute respite at the end of the trip to grab a bite, our driver agreed but then unfortunately departed without us.

The trip was incredibly rich and memorable, with the stunning natural landscapes blending beautifully with the architecture and monasteries, leaving me with a newfound love for Georgia—an experience so profound I am already yearning to return. A heartfelt thanks goes out to Tratoli for curating our May holiday tour, which allowed us to spend an unforgettable five days immersing ourselves in Georgian magic. The itinerary was exceptionally well-planned and offered a broad array of captivating sites which, compared to other companies and their higher-priced yet less comprehensive tours, was a decision that made Tratoli the clear choice for us. Special gratitude is due to our ever-helpful manager, Alena, who was available around the clock providing assistance and advice before and during our stay, ensuring all my questions were answered and that we were well-prepared for our adventure. Additionally, our guide Tomaz shared his passion and knowledge of Georgia so vividly, I'm convinced I'll be returning for a longer stay next time! Alena, you asked for suggestions on improving your company, but I must apologize as I cannot think of any; you orchestrated our journey to perfection. Our family had an exceptional experience with the Canyons and Waterfalls tours in Georgia, filled with breathtaking views and memorable photo opportunities. Our tour guide, Beglar, was amiable and professional, enhancing our enjoyment of some of the most stunning locations in the area. Tratoli did an excellent job organizing this travel package, which met all our expectations, and we are incredibly grateful for such a well-arranged trip.
