This was one of the most incredible, unique, and exhilarating experiences I’ve ever had the privilege of partaking in. I had such an amazing time that I feel like this review is going to sound fake hahah but it really was one of the most fun days I’ve ever had. Tour Guide: My group had the privilege of having Pepe as our tour guide. He was super social, accommodating, funny, friendly, knowledgeable, and just fantastic to be around. I (27F) did the tour with my sister (22F) and husband (30M). In our group was also two other families and a few couples. Pepe was super great with everyone. One of the families was traveling with their daughter with Down syndrome and Pepe was super accommodating to her - made sure she was always comfortable, was patient when she was afraid, helped ease nerves, etc. He was also super helpful to other people in the group who were anxious or afraid to try certain activities and always offered to do things with them or give them examples of how to do the activities. He spoke with my sister and I about our careers (teachers) and was super personable when doing so. He shared his experiences with working with people with disabilities (I am a special education teacher) and how his mother was a therapist for kids with disabilities. He also spoke with my sister about her experiences in learning Spanish. He also taught us so much about the different cenotes and animals in the habitat. He was just all around super amazing. Photographer: Our photographer was Cas and he was also super friendly and took some amazing photos. Photo package price varies based on how many people are in your group. For 3 people it was 105USD at the time of my trip which is honestly pretty reasonable (we got 144 photos and they were all super nice). Activities: This tour had so many amazing activities: zip-lining, snorkeling, swimming, rappelling, water slides, and “cliff” jumping (it’s not too high of a jump that it’s too scary). You get the opportunity to try some of the activities more than once as well which was super nice because the first time can be pretty intimidating and scary but after you do it once you realize just how fun (and safe) it is and are willing to do it more and try different things with it. They were so reasonably paced as well. I never felt rushed or like we had too much time at any cenote/activity. It was literally perfectly paced. Lunch: The lunch was actually amazing which I was not expecting. It was make-your-own sandwiches with sooo many different yummy and FRESH toppings and sides and drinks. Transportation: Transport van was very nice, cool, spacious, relaxing and had wifi which was nice. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVED this excursion/tour and would absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I Worth every penny. The unlimited drinks was an absolute perk! They gave us a water bottle at the ruins first thing and we were able to use it in the park to bring our premium drinks with us on the lazy River. If i had to do this over I would be at Xel-ha open to close. The food is 5 stars, and the drinks are unlimited premium drinks. Towels. Snorkeling equipment, lockers, and tubes are included. Take advantage of the photo package and take all the pictures at each park camera. I suggest wearing a rash guard so you don’t have to get the sunscreen they sell there. It really helps since you’re in the sun all day. End your day in the hammocks. We cannot wait to go back.

We had a fantastic experience with our Tratoli-booked travel package. Our guide, Mr. Miguel, was incredibly attentive throughout the tour, imparting clear and essential details about the historical sites we explored. Our transportation was handled by Mr. Fran, whose focus on the road and commitment to safety were exemplary. The tour was comprehensive, offering deep insights into the rich history and sacred locations of the Mayan civilization. We're grateful for such a thoughtfully curated and educational itinerary. Thank you for a truly magnificent journey!

Embarking on a remarkable journey through Sian Ka'an, a hidden gem in Mexico, we were delighted to have made our booking with Tratoli. The tour was an exceptional blend of adventure, education, and cultural diversity, thanks to the expertise and infectious energy of our guides, Pablo and Jessi. As a multilingual guide, Jessi adeptly provided translations for our international ensemble, enhancing the experience for everyone. Our group, an eclectic mix of individuals hailing from the likes of Germany, the USA, France, the Netherlands, and Mexico, encapsulated a delightful spectrum of global representation. Pablo, our dedicated guide aboard the boat, shared his wealth of knowledge with us about the local ecosystems and wildlife with unmatched enthusiasm. His laughter alone added to the jovial atmosphere. The nature reserve's mangroves were a source of endless fascination, and our wildlife sightings were nothing short of miraculous. From the rare encounter with a bare-throated tiger heron to a serendipitous moment with a sea turtle, each sighting was a treasure in itself. Although the ocean's temperament precluded snorkeling activities, the alternative swim in pristine jade waters, with the ocean floor's natural beauty visible beneath us, was a soothing experience. Our visit to Punta Allen was the perfect capstone to the day, with its scenic vistas, an opportunity to savor authentic local cuisine, and a brief respite to explore and capture memories. For future travelers considering this tour, remember to pack some Dramamine for a comfortable journey and prepare to immerse yourself in the splendor of untamed nature. This tour is a must-do, and it comes with a hearty recommendation for anyone seeking to unravel the mysteries of Sian Ka'an.
