Our conversation in the morning before setting off really made the rest of my day, which is especially great when it's a hiking day! Juta offers the most beautiful scenery you can find in the Kazbegi region, so unless you're only staying for a day to pass through or tick off a Lonely Planet cover, there's no reason not to go to Juta. The glaciers, meadows, and valleys of Juta made me feel like I was living in a poem or fairy tale. The signal on the Juta hiking route is good until you get deep into the camping area, so you can easily stay connected and communicate with the travel agency for return arrangements or updates. The communication with the travel agency was smooth, their responses were timely, and their attitude was great. The travel agency's location is also very convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the intersection in the town center. Unless seats are fully booked or you're traveling with a larger group and can hire a car, as a solo traveler, I can't think of any reason not to use this agency's services :)
