The guide assigned to our journey displayed an off-putting demeanor which suggested a lack of enthusiasm for her profession. Unfortunately, this negative aspect, coupled with the exorbitant cost, led to a subpar experience that, in hindsight, seems achievable independently for a more reasonable price.

I caution against booking with Tratoli; it was a huge disappointment and the worst decision I've made. They promise one thing but deliver something completely different. It was a total waste of time. Additionally, they have the audacity to try and sell you photos at the end. The whole experience was subpar.
