The highlight was our exploration for the elusive painted wild dogs, and to our thrill, we discovered a pack, affording us an excellent view as they rested. We didn't receive the expected service, as the guide was absent for the pre-arranged orientation and the scheduled excursion, with no attempt to reach out to us. This oversight by Tratoli gave the impression of a complete sham.

Master, our head guide, was unwavering in his mission to present the best of wildlife viewing. His expertise brought us face-to-face with lions, ostriches, wild dogs, hyenas, and a diverse array of birds. Equally impressive was OG, the head chef, whose culinary prowess shone through in every meal. His open-flame cooking, particularly the ground-baked bread surrounded by coals, was genuine and unforgettable. This travel experience is a must-add to your African safari itinerary. With the promise of returning, we highly recommend that you make your own memories with such a unique and enriching adventure.

Extremely disappointed with the service received from Tratoli. From the onset, communication was severely lacking. Despite our guide pushing for an initial briefing, they failed to make an appearance. This pattern continued on the day of the tour where, once again, they were a no-show without providing any warning or explanation—no phone call, no email, simply radio silence. This unprofessionalism has led to frustration and a determination to obtain a refund. An entire day that should have been a highlight of our dream vacation was completely wasted. Unless an unforeseen wildlife encounter is to blame, this experience reeks of deceitful practices. Beware if you're considering their services.
