Our guide, Sebastian, greeted us at the meeting spot with a pristine passenger van, whisking us away to a stunning hillside location to meet our enigmatic instructor, Haider, affectionately known as "the Hammer." After a comprehensive Vespa training session in their parking lot, we hit the road, navigating through picturesque rolling hills and winding roads—a landscape that's absolutely breathtaking when experienced from the seat of a Vespa. The level of care and authenticity Sebastian and Haider provided was unparalleled—they truly prioritize their guests' satisfaction. I can't recommend the 2:30pm departure enough; not only does it include an unforgettable sunset viewed from a charming winery, but it also culminates in a sumptuous meal that perfectly rounds off the experience. If you're seeking an unforgettable escapade, this tour is a must. And with a bit of luck, you, too, will have the pleasure of meeting the dynamic duo, Sebastian and "the Hammer." We arrived punctually for our excursion, booked through Tratoli, and joined the waiting group without any staff prompting us to sign in. After inquiring with a tour guide and confirming our participation with our tickets, we boarded the coach. In a perplexing turn of events, staff subsequently informed us we hadn't checked in and instructed us to disembark, then the coach departed without us. Surprisingly, our seats were filled by two other passengers, suggesting a possible overbooking scenario. This experience left us feeling disregarded and poorly treated as the tour guides proved uncooperative. Given these circumstances, it is regrettable to say that I cannot endorse this service. It resulted in a loss of both time and money, with a distinct impression of indifference from the provider.

I booked a culinary experience for a party of eight, including my son, his fiancée, and their cousins, through Tratoli. The chef leading the class was exceptional and the culinary instruction was impressive, perfectly aligning with my expectations for the first part of the session. The latter half, focused on savoring our culinary creations, was equally crucial. Unfortunately, our dining experience was marred by the service; the waitress attending to us was discourteous and dismissive. She even went so far as to dishonestly tell us that they had run out of candles when, in fact, the chef had conscientiously placed one on the tiramisu for my son's 25th birthday. Her unnecessary removal of the candle and deceit left a blemish on an otherwise delightful cooking class.

Anna delivered an excellent experience with the travel package we booked via Tratoli! However, the visit to the Uffizi's Tribune (mother of pearl) room fell short of expectations, largely because museum staff struggled to manage the throngs of visitors, resulting in unpleasant pushing and shoving—despite noticeably less crowded areas that we later noticed. Be aware that this tour won't necessarily allow you to bypass all the crowded spots.

Delighted with our decision, we embarked on an unforgettable one-day tour of Rome, expertly booked through Tratoli. With limited time before our cruise, this tour proved to be the perfect solution to savor the city's essence. Our guide, Eduardo, provided an incredibly personal and warm experience, akin to being shown around by a close relative. Coupled with a sumptuous included lunch, this tour is one we would highly recommend for those seeking to make the most of their time in Rome.
