The on-deck crew were commendable in their professionalism, yet the overall management of the excursion resulted in a markedly disappointing experience. The submarine adventure, a key attraction for me, turned out to be significantly less pleasant due to overcrowding. The submarine was packed, and the air conditioning was both inadequate and limited to a small area. Regrettably, I wasn’t located near this cooler spot, which led to discomfort and shortness of breath, ultimately forcing me to exit the cramped underwater space. Additionally, the submarine's viewing glass lacked clarity, detracting further from the experience. Compounding these issues were the subpar safety measures in place, which I found rather unsettling. Despite the crew's sincere apologies for the series of inconveniences I encountered, the overall impression of the journey had been negatively impacted.
