The cabins were uncomfortably compact, barely accommodating two people who needed to change and dry off, added to which the floors in the changing areas were not as clean as I would have expected. During my latest adventure to explore beyond Krakow, I opted for an enchanting tour of Zakopane and the picturesque Tatra Mountains, arranged through Tratoli. Our adventure commenced with a prompt 8:30 a.m. pickup, and within an hour, we marveled at Chocholow's charming wooden houses. The journey progressed to Zakopane, where we indulged in a couple of hours of leisure, capped off by a breathtaking funicular ride offering panoramic views of the stunning Tatra range. Not long after, we returned near Chocholow for an authentic experience at a shepherd's hut, tasting traditional local cheese and sipping on vodka. Our trip culminated in the ultimate relaxation at a thermal spa, boasting an array of pools, jacuzzis, saunas, and slides suitable for all ages, complemented by refreshments. Kamil, our exceptional tour guide, shepherded us through the day's itinerary with utmost care, ensuring our experience was both fluid and informative, facilitated by timely group WhatsApp updates. The day was undeniably delightful, though a minor note for those considering the trip: the minibus seating can be a snug fit for longer rides, which may be a consideration for elder travelers. Nonetheless, this was a minor aspect of an otherwise perfect day expertly curated by Tratoli.

I booked a cruise package via Tratoli and found the overall experience to be decent. The welcome beverage, however, did not meet expectations. On a positive note, the serving staff were commendable for their courteous and warm demeanor. Nonetheless, my experience was marred by an uncomfortable situation where, despite having pre-paid for the cruise, musicians approached our table, performed, and then solicited tips. This was a letdown and felt out of place on an otherwise professional cruise setup.
