I had a regrettable experience with the travel package we booked through Tratoli. The pools were extremely congested, leading to an unsavory swimming experience. The cabins were uncomfortably compact, barely accommodating two people who needed to change and dry off, added to which the floors in the changing areas were not as clean as I would have expected. Additionally, the bar's prices were prohibitively high, with two cans of beer costing an exorbitant £16.50. It was truly disappointing.

The itinerary lacked a smooth, cohesive flow, and our guide, despite being pleasant, lacked the vigor and passion needed to captivate and maintain the group's attention. Ordinarily, I have encountered exceptional guides with Viator, but in this case, the service did not meet those standards. On a positive note, the visit to Strudel House was a delightful highlight.

I booked a cruise package via Tratoli and found the overall experience to be decent. The welcome beverage, however, did not meet expectations. On a positive note, the serving staff were commendable for their courteous and warm demeanor. Nonetheless, my experience was marred by an uncomfortable situation where, despite having pre-paid for the cruise, musicians approached our table, performed, and then solicited tips. This was a letdown and felt out of place on an otherwise professional cruise setup.
