After receiving a confirmation for a next-day tour to Guatape at approximately 6 pm, it was both surprising and frustrating to receive a text message at 10 pm informing me that the tour was overbooked, and, unfortunately, there were no available spots left for us. This last-minute notification exemplified a lack of professionalism and organization within Maxitours, creating an inconvenience that was both avoidable and unacceptable. Trusting my travel plans with Tratoli, I did not expect to encounter such unreliability in service.
