I recently booked a travel package through Tratoli and was immensely satisfied with my experience. The entire facility impressed with its exceptional cleanliness and the friendly demeanor of the staff. Additionally, the comprehensive wheelchair accessibility throughout the venue was genuinely inspiring, especially with the notable presence of staff members with disabilities contributing actively to the vibrant atmosphere. Each attraction, from the gentle rides to the exhilarating coasters, offered inclusive participation methods. I was smoothly transferred into a manual wheelchair whenever necessary, allowing me to join in on the excitement, including the thrilling experience on the notorious Velocicoaster. The availability of numerous accessible restrooms, complimentary water, and ice added to the convenience of the visit. Considering the considerable size of the park, I paced my visit by spending around five hours exploring before returning to my hotel to recharge my wheelchair. This break also allowed me to make the most out of my evening by witnessing the spectacular and accessible shows, some of which captivated me enough to enjoy them more than once. The overall accessibility and enjoyment of the experience have left me eagerly anticipating my next visit. Our experience with the 30-minute tour we booked through Tratoli fell significantly short of expectations, especially considering the cost. During the brief excursion, we spent no more than 10 minutes traveling before catching a glimpse of a single alligator. Instead of exploring further, our guide halted the boat for a 10-15 minute talk, which, while informative, did not make up for the lack of sightseeing. The trip felt unfulfilling as it seemed to prioritize saving fuel over guest adventure. Overall, the tour was far from the great adventure we were hoping for and ended up being a letdown.
