Our experience with a travel package obtained through Tratoli left us desiring a bit more detail and guidance. Initially, the earpiece commentary aboard the bus started off as quite informative, but as the journey progressed, the value decreased. Throughout our adventure, we encountered a total of four destinations. At half of these, we had the assistance of guides, and while their presence was appreciated, the duration spent at each location felt excessively long. Conversely, the stops without guides left us feeling rather lost, as we lacked context for the sights before us. The bus driver's command of the English language was limited, resorting to the use of signs to indicate the allotted time at each attraction. While the overall structure of the outing was orderly, there was an untapped potential for it to truly shine, which regrettably went unfulfilled.

Our travel experience, organized by Tratoli, was enhanced by the excellent tour guide who provided us with a memorable journey. The variety of food options available was quite impressive and added to the enjoyment of our trip. However, it's worth noting that on a couple of occasions, our beverage orders were overlooked, and we found ourselves needing to remind the staff several times before receiving them. Despite these small hiccups, the overall experience remained positive.
