We encountered unexpected costs with an additional $100 for Zimbabwe visa fees, a detail overlooked by Tratoli's customer service prior to our journey. Moreover, both the cruise vessel and safari vehicle were antiquated and poorly maintained, detracting from our overall experience. This was quite disappointing.
