A magical moment occurred when a pod of dolphins appeared, synchronously swimming beneath the bridge just as we were passing. Our palates were then treated to a fabulous lunch at a charming local eatery, where both the service and the cuisine were exceptional. In a spontaneous twist, Nuno suggested exploring a nearby tile manufacturer—an incredibly engaging detour that allowed us to witness traditional tile-making techniques, delve into the craft's rich history, and observe skilled artisans at work. Our journey concluded at a quaint, final vineyard, where we savored an intimate tour and wine tasting session, complete with regional cheeses and a delightful Portuguese dessert—a thoughtful gift from another guide to Nuno, which he kindly forwarded to us.
