Our Bali adventure, booked through Tratoli, was an outstanding experience we'll never forget. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional journey that was expertly curated for us. Dewa, our knowledgeable guide and driver, engaged us in enlightening conversations about local culture, life, and traditions, enriching our travel experience beyond expectations. When an unexpected sunburn threatened to mar our trip, the considerate crew promptly provided a long-sleeved diving suit, ensuring my husband's skin was protected, for which we are immensely thankful. Our snorkeling adventure was nothing short of breathtaking, marking our first foray into the underwater world. The tour included two snorkeling spots, accompanied by a guide and a small group. The sights were unforgettable as we encountered a sea turtle, glided alongside jellyfish, and admired the vivid aquatic life, including numerous stunning fish. We even had the opportunity to feed them! The pristine waters were teeming with life, and although the playful planktons nibbled at our skin, the experience was genuinely exhilarating. Satisfying our appetites, the lunch provided featured delicious Indonesian noodles and rice, with options available for selection prior to snorkeling. The culinary experience added a savory touch to an already splendid day. Eager to continue exploring, we requested a visit to a local waterfall and the Butterfly Park. Dewa was accommodating, reflecting the warm hospitality that made our trip all the more special. In summary, this was undeniably the best excursion we've had during our stay in Bali, and we owe it to the seamless organization and thoughtful service provided by Tratoli.

I recently experienced a change in my travel itinerary with Tratoli, which I found rather inconvenient. Initially, the package offered a flexible starting time of 1 PM for the trip. However, the day before departure, I received an email inquiring if I would prefer to begin at 9 AM instead. Following this, the driver contacted me via WhatsApp insisting on a 9 AM start, citing concerns about reaching all destinations before nightfall. This left me questioning the practicality of the original 1 PM option. Regrettably, any attempt to cancel at this stage would result in a forfeiture of payment.

We had a fantastic experience with Tratoli! Our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable, providing great insights throughout our journey. He picked us up from the hotel and answered all our questions, even guiding us to the best spots at the temple for a stunning sunset view. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience!
