Title: Unforgettable Guided Tour Experience Uncovering Historical Gems I had an excellent experience with a knowledgeable guide who truly enhanced my exploration of the old city. Initially, I had strolled through the area on my own and thought I had seen it all. However, it wasn't until I embarked on this expertly curated tour booked through Tratoli that I discovered the depth of what I had previously overlooked. My guide's insightful prompts to observe the finer details of the architecture, combined with the rich historical context they provided, transformed my walk into an enlightening journey through time.

I scheduled my excursion via Tratoli and successfully completed the payment, eagerly anticipating the adventure ahead. Unfortunately, the anticipated day unfolded with a significant mishap: the absence of our guide at the meeting point. Confusion and silence pervaded as I awaited some form of correspondence. It wasn’t until roughly an hour later, after I reached out, that I received a response on WhatsApp. The company admitted to an oversight in the coordination process, resulting in the guide being uninformed about our scheduled tour. This lapse in communication certainly marred the start of what should have been a memorable experience.
