I had an effortless and comfortable experience with the fast boat service from Gili Trawangan, with stops at Gili Air and Bangsal Lombok, before the final destination in Serangan, Denpasar, all arranged through Tratoli. Despite sailing through formed waves, the air-conditioned vessel ensured a smooth journey. We cast off at 11:30 AM from Gili Trawangan and docked in Serangan at 2:40 PM. This travel experience was incredibly satisfactory.

When I sought assistance from the steward for a towel, he seemed to acknowledge my request but surprisingly, returned after five minutes without a towel, completely ignoring me. Despite the seamless organization of the travel package, these issues perturbed the overall experience.
