Adam excelled at engaging our group throughout the experience, providing exceptional entertainment value that justified the cost. Our travel package, booked via Tratoli, gave us the unique opportunity to explore the cemetery, an exclusive access that not all tour groups enjoy. While the dungeon impressed us, the cemetery visit truly stood out as the highlight of our journey.

While the Tratoli travel package may be considered somewhat pricey, considering it primarily covers transportation and organizational costs, it's important to note that the term "tour" might be a touch overstated. During the journey, the bus driver shares insightful details about the plantation and offers valuable suggestions for exploration. Upon arrival, however, travelers have the independence to navigate the site themselves. It's advisable to take a moment to plan your visit strategically, as the three hours provided can swiftly pass by, possibly leaving certain exhibits or presentations unseen. A highlight not to be missed is the Gullah Theater, an authentic cultural experience. The plantation house also merits a visit; despite being relatively modern, dating back to the 1930s, it adds significant historical value. Overall, visitors can expect to relish the abundant greenery and picturesque oak-lined paths, but do prepare for encounters with mosquitoes.
