We booked our excursion through Tratoli with the expectation of experiencing the snow-capped wonders of the region, as we were enticed by the guide's promise of perennial snow cover, purported to be present every day of the year. Much to our dismay, what ensued was merely a lengthy tour around Nahuel Huapi National Park, culminating in a fleeting, 10-minute glimpse of the mountain's snowy peak from a considerable distance. Regrettably, our guide's demeanor left much to be desired, exuding an off-putting air of superiority that tainted the entirety of our nine-hour journey. To summarize, the actual experience reduces the snowclad mountain to a distant spectacle, its beauty undeniable yet hardly justifying the costs of park entry, transportation, and travel time for a mere 10-minute panoramic view. While the intervening stops along the route showcased stunning scenery (each allowing no more than 30 minutes of exploration time), the tour unwelcomely concluded with a two-hour stint at a cramped restaurant, where late arrivals struggled to find seating. I refrain from deeming the experience 'horrible,' as the breathtaking landscapes at each stop certainly deserve recognition. Yet the overall discomfort of the excursion forbids me from rating it anything above 'poor.' In retrospect, I would neither partake in this tour again nor recommend it to others.

Fomos para Bariloche em Abril, fora da temporada e com clima ótimo para conhecer o Complexo Turístico Teleférico do Cerro Otto que fica próximo ao centro da cidade de Bariloche. No inverno, a vista é linda e a neve é a atração. Tem ônibus gratuito saindo do centro da cidade em horarios pre definidos e dois kiosques na cidade que vendem os ingressos. O local é voltado ao público que vem à cidade com família e crianças. Todas essas informações estão no site @telefericocerrootto Quando você compra o tíquete de acesso ao teleférico, você terá acesso ao topo do Cerro Otto, a subida demora 12 minutos e a vista é incrível. Lá em cima há um museu, uma cafeteria giratória, snack bar, uma tirolesa, ponte e labirinto para as crianças além de deck panorâmico, funicular e loja de souvenirs. No inverno, há uma área ótima para brincar na neve e fazer bonecos e aluguel de trenós para os pequenos e caminhada com raquetes. Em qualquer época do ano, é possível fazer um trekking também pela montanha. O teleférico é mantido por uma fundação que reverte parte da bilheteria para obras sociais. A Confiteria Giratória é bem famosa e tomamos um café muito gostoso. Recomendo. Na alta temporada as filas são grandes, tanto para o teleférico como para a Confeitaria, mas tem a opção do snack bar para um lanche mais rápido.
