After discovering excellent feedback on TripAdvisor, I chose a paragliding adventure with Tratoli. Our journey to the launch site was nearly complete when unexpected gusty conditions prevented our flight. Despite being unable to paraglide on this occasion, the experience with the company left us satisfied. Peter, the professional at the helm of our venture, impressed us with his swift and helpful responses to our inquiries, demonstrating a commendable emphasis on safety. It was unfortunate to witness the impact of the weather on the day's schedule, as Peter had to similarly cancel appointments for other clients. Nonetheless, our overall interaction with Tratoli has been positive, and we appreciate their commitment under challenging circumstances.

Embarking on an unforgettable journey to Innsbruck, my experience was elevated by booking a comprehensive travel package through Tratoli. The majestic scenery from above was breathtaking, crafting memories that I will treasure forever. My time in the air was made even more enjoyable under the guidance of Hubi, a flight instructor par excellence. His passion was infectious, and his clear instructions set the stage for a seamless adventure. Beyond his duties in the air, Hubi went above and beyond by recommending a variety of local activities that enhanced my travel experience. The activity area's convenience was noteworthy, with Hubi ensuring I was well-informed by providing the meeting point location beforehand. The entire package was thoughtfully priced, comprising €125 for the flight, an additional €13.5 for the cable car, and an optional €30 for photos and videos—a purchase I highly regard as worth every penny. For those seeking a delightful and memorable adventure, I wholeheartedly endorse this experience as a must-try.

My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed an outstanding tandem paragliding adventure, expertly arranged by Tratoli. Despite the short notice, since we secured our booking merely hours before launch due to fluctuating weather forecasts, the service was impeccable. Peter proactively contacted us on the day, suggesting an earlier flight time to circumvent the predicted high afternoon winds, shifting from 2pm to 11am, and even provided a courtesy hotel pick-up given the expedited timeline. Throughout our interaction, Peter was engaging and offered an abundance of invaluable advice and local insights for our journey in Innsbruck. Our pilots, Riccardo and Stefan, were exceptional, ensuring we felt completely at ease and safeguarded during our aerial escapade. The thoughtful touch of a laminated certificate added a special element, immortalizing our remarkable experience. I would emphatically endorse this experience to anyone seeking an unforgettable sky-bound adventure. - Jyoti and Jasmine
