Additionally, our decision to explore the Sea Life location might have been reconsidered had we been aware of the change in the venue prior to making our booking with Tratoli. The current site did not resonate with us, and given the choice again, we might have opted for an alternative destination.

Upon inquiring whether the pork was indeed the advertised Imu-cooked delicacy, the server's uncertain response suggested otherwise. Moreover, the absence of salmon and substitution with an excessively salty fish only added to the culinary letdown. The so-called mixed greens also shared the same fate, being overly salted, thereby compromising their freshness. As for the dessert, it failed to hit the mark and only contributed to the overall underwhelming dining experience. Given the lackluster gastronomic offerings, which fell short of the authentic and high-quality feast one would expect from such an event, I find myself unable to recommend this Luau. Despite booking through Tratoli in the hopes of a memorable encounter with traditional Hawaiian cuisine, the experience was ultimately marred by the subpar food, which left me exceedingly disappointed.

However, for guests with dietary restrictions, caution is advised; my friend with allergies to milk and beef encountered a server at the buffet who was unable to confirm the presence of allergens in the dishes. Observing cross-contamination, such as chicken sauce spilling onto the pork, was concerning. By 6:30 PM, they had run out of most food options after just one round of service. Dessert options were limited to a tiny, 1-inch square cheesecake, available only to those who grabbed it with their main course, while the rest received a similarly sized brownie. The entertainment booths began to clear out around 6 PM, and by 6:30 PM they started dismantling the dining setup. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations and did not justify the cost, making it difficult to recommend this package to others seeking value for their money.
