Alternative options: Tour time will extend if US Navy boats resume with reasonable time. Unscanned Arizona & Missouri tickets remain valid for seven days should you wish to arrange self-transport to the memorial at another time.

The travel experience with the package provided by Tratoli left much to be desired, as the information presented was quite redundant and failed to impress. The non-air-conditioned rooms throughout the accommodations made the heat nearly unbearable, resulting in a rather unwelcoming environment. Additionally, the brief boat excursion included in the itinerary allowed only a fleeting glimpse of a small section of Arizona, with the duration on site disappointingly capped at a mere five minutes.

Our experience with the travel package from Tratoli was one of mixed feelings. Luckily, we had our own rental cars, so we didn't need any shuttle services. Initially, I was under the impression that our package included boat tickets to Arizona, but it turned out that the exhibition we visited offered complimentary access, which was a pleasant surprise. The tour operators informed us that we had mistakenly not adhered to certain procedures, resulting in an unnecessary wait while they arranged for tickets that, as it turned out, weren't even required. Despite this, my family was able to enter the exhibit without incurring any additional costs. Another point of confusion arose from the supposed hotel pickup service. It seems there was a lack of communication, as the tour company did not have our hotel details, leading to no arrangement for our transportation. This oversight could have been a significant inconvenience had we not had our own vehicles. While we managed to navigate these challenges and enjoy the exhibition, the experience highlighted some organizational shortcomings that could be mistaken for deceptive practices. To future travelers considering Tratoli's services, it might be wise to confirm all details and inclusions of your travel package before embarking on your journey.
