Manavi fortress is an ideal place for introducing Georgian viticulture history.
- After exploring the fortress, it’s time to immerse yourself in an authentic Georgian wine experience. In a charming, family-run cellar. Here, a young, passionate winemaker welcomes you with open arms, ready to share the magic that has been passed down for generations. The winemaker will personally guide you through his vineyard and wine cellar, sharing the secrets of Georgia’s ancient winemaking traditions.
