The expertise of the guides for both the Madidi and the Pampas excursions significantly enriched our understanding and appreciation of each landscape. However, despite the memorable and well-organized local experiences, the pre-trip communication was lacking. After securing our travel package through Tratoli, we encountered a worrisome silence — no further correspondences followed the initial confirmation. This communication gap persisted until the very morning of our embarkation, injecting unnecessary anxiety into the lead-up to an otherwise meticulously curated trip. Despite the abundant positives, a hiccup in communication surfaced when Tratoli, whom I had booked this adventure package with, left me without updates or details following my initial confirmation.
